Student Enrollment Officer and Registrar (this is a target-carrying role where you will be presenting the school to new callers, advising  parents about registration procedures, organizing and managing student files and databases, and issuing relevant reports and documents). Minimum requirements:

  • A BA or equivalent degree
  • Excellent Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking and business writing)
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Suite and understanding of DMSs
  • Experience working in a school using the Ministry of Education NSIS is preferable.

KG & Primary level Teachers for various subjects (English Language – Math – Science – Social Studies – Home Economics) Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English with a Native English Accent
  • Higher Education Degree in a subject related to English or Pedagogy or Child Development
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience for that age group
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to learn new strategies
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, excellent organisation skills and computer literacy
  • Adaptability, empathy, tolerance and resourcefulness
  • Skills and interests in Arts & Crafts and/or Music, Dance, Physical Activities ARE HIGHLY WELCOME.

KG & Primary level Teachers for Arabic and/or Islamic Studies and the History of Qatar Minimum requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken Classical Arabic
  • Higher Education Degree in a subject related to Arabic or Islamic Studies or Pedagogy or Child Development
  • Minimum of 2 years teaching experience for that age group
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to learn new strategies
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, excellent organisation skills and computer literacy
  • Adaptability, empathy, tolerance and resourcefulness

Substitute teachers are paid a daily rate and must be available on short notice.


Nurse / Administrative Assistant Minimum requirements:

  • Qualified and Registered Nurse in Qatar
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, flexibility and adaptability
  • Patience, kindness and a high level of organisation
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience working at a school is a plus

Counselor / Administrative Assistant Minimum requirements:

  • Higher Education Degree in a subject related to Psychology, Pedagogy or Child Development
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience as a counselor for children aged 3 to 12 years.
  • Ability to detect and test for learning disabilities and behavioral disorders and make recommendations to parents accordingly.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, resourcefulness and excellent organisation skills
  • Diplomacy, empathy, tolerance and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) and database management
  • Strong ability to promote reading, healthy living and positive behavior to children
